Task 1 两个线图

第一个the number of train passengers from 2000 to 2009

第二个percentage of running train on time and target from 2000 to 2009.

解析：

简单的动态线图。

首先，两张线图可以分两段写。第一个线图应该是一张非常简单的单线图描述某线路每年乘客数量变化，描述不同时间段趋势变化的同时注意插入关键的数据；第二个线图每年准点率目标和实际情况的对比，既要描述清楚对比目标值和实际值的变化情况，还要看下有哪几年是达到目标值得哦~

最后，可对比两张线图，得出一些规律，据某些烤鸭结论：乘客越多，越不准时~~~

Task 2

The restoration of old buildings in major cities in the world spends numerous government expenditures. This money should be used in new housing and road development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

解析：

政府投资类考题，老题新出。

政府是应该修葺老房子还是直接建新房，加一个道路建设。实际上考察的重点不变。这两方面政府都应涉及，但要有所倾向。

参考思路：（支持投资建设新住房以及道路）

支持的两点理由：1.满足当代居民日益增长的的住房以及道路的要求--人口激增，住房紧缺，交通拥挤 2. 城市现代化的必经之路

但是，让步承认老房子是城市文化特征的体现，政府有义务去保护当地文化。可继续进行反驳，要注意度的问题，在保障居民生活以及现代化建设正常进行的情况下,投资保护老房子。
