Many changes have been witnessed along with the rapid development of urbanization, one of which is…政府是否应该鼓励industries and businesses 搬出大城市到地方去。Before voicing my view, there are advantages and disadvantages existing in this trend.

2. 搬到小地方的好处：

1）房租比较便宜，

2）交通不会过于拥堵，办公环境适宜，提高员工的工作积极性

3. 搬到小地方去的坏处：

1）对当地环境造成污染，如员工开车，造成空气污染

2）地区过于偏远，给员工带来不便。

4. 总结段：采取让步，尽管搬到小地方不可避免地会带来一些潜在问题，但是它所带来的积极影响是不容忽视的。

This is an increasingly important subject, as cities grow larger with huge populations. It becomes difficult to operate manufacturing industries within city boundaries and it benefits everyone that they should be re-located to regional areas.

A lot of general businesses in cities are made up of those in the service sector such as office headquarters for large firms, finance and banking. It is considered by experts that it is usually best that they are located within cities.

However, industrial and commercial business hubs in outlying areas are growing in popularity. A lot of countries now encourage the development of specialist ‘business parks and centers’ where different businesses can operate together in a special ‘enterprise community’ within an area that offers them advantages, and in particular easy transport facilities such as access to major roads, airports and railway networks.

The advantages can be many as the buildings’rents are cheaper and the buildings usually more modern. And staff and employees can easily travel to them rather than be caught in the crowds and traffic jams that exist in most modern cities these days.

As cities become busier and more crowded it will make even more sense for many businesses to consider moving to other regional locations where it will be easier for them to operate.
