2.  主体段1：According to the first map, ten years ago, 此时的描述可以从空间顺序上写，在这个village park的中间，有一片football pitch，北边有个网球场，注意球场大小，在东北角有孩子游玩的地方，东南角有个小池塘和一大片树林，西边有个停车场。

主题段2：As can be seen from the second chart, now我们采取“先拆后建”原则，把原先有的事物存在的改变先说，比如原先北边的网球场enlarge了，东北角的孩子游玩的地方有什么改变， 东南角树林以及小池塘disappear了，取而代之的是toilet，café以及boating lake，西边的停车场可以停到50辆车了，在西南角的地方新增了一个picnic area。同时在公园的四周，新建了一圈cycle path，where人们可以骑自行车游玩。

3.  结尾段：该图表现了从十年前到现在village park的发展变化。

1.  开头段：在现当代社会，an increasing number of people开始不满于单一的工作经验，开始从事各种不同领域的工作，which can be attributed to numerous incentives. As for me, 这一现象对社会有积极的影响。

2.  主体段1（原因段）：in the first place，社会发展带来了一种more flexible work style and work philosophy。很多人很难理解终生只做一份工作的意义。相反，they are eager to try new things and gain fresh experience from frequent job-hopping, from which their life could be more colorful and diversified. 此外，大部分情况下，人们换工作的原因是a higher salary。As a saying goes ”people” strive upward.最后，现代科技带来的便利，如互联网上的人员招聘，电视上的求职节目，使得人们更加频繁地换工作。

主体段2（让步反驳段）：承认另一方观点的合理性，从而进行反驳

尽管有很多人认为转换工作反映了一个人的低承受能力和对雇主的地忠诚度（reflect poorly on the job candidate’s resilience and loyalty to its employer）,缺乏工作动力（lack of self-motivation），没有目标（aimless），但是它对社会带来的积极影响是不容忽视的。首先，换工作可以帮助人们在不同的工作中寻求更为适合的职业发展，提高个人的工作能力，增加更多的工作热情和抱负，从而提高work efficiency，create wealth and value for society。其次，job-hopping assists one to survive the keen competition。实现优胜略汰，为社会的稳步前进贡献一份力量。

3.  结尾段：在我看来，很多人选择换工作的原因主要是处于自身发展，薪资的需求以及科技的帮助。尽管有些弊端，但是换工作给社会带来了不容忽视的积极影响。
