Yes of course! When I was  a child I like watching the blue sky coz blue made me feel relaxed; however,  now the sky keeps staying grey in China and it’s rare to see the blue sky  now.

I definitely think leadership  abilities require a person to have many good qualities. Iremember my friend,  Gang, a good leader with noble character.

I have known him for more than  ten years. He’s willing to help others, and can take people’s advice. The  most important thing is that he can always have a big picture when he does  things. Maybe that’s why people all like him and support him.

Actually, he’s my middle school  classmate. He’s very outstanding, so he became our class monitor. He has the  ability to make people trust him and be willing to followhis instructions.  When we had some big events, such as the New Year’s party or theschool field  day, he could always arrange everything well. Now, he’s a manager of abig  company. He’s still the same. All the employees are supportive because  he’swilling to sacrifice his time and energy for them. Once he told me his  dream was tomake his employees successful, and he said when his employees  were successful, he would be even more outstanding

I think he’s a good leader and I  have learned a lot from him. I’m sure it’s a pleasurefor others to work for  him.

In your country, what kind  of people can be leaders?

I think people with high  intelligence and excellent communication skills can be leaders. Leaders  should be smart enough to analyze different situations and make the right  decision. Besides, they also need to deal with their subordinates’ conflicts.  Therefore these two qualities are necessary.

Has there been any changes  of quality that leaders should have?

I believe so. In the past,  leaders should be tough and mighty, so that their subordinates would follow the  order. Now, most leaders are quite understanding, they prefer to communicate  with subordinates and reach an understanding.

Many women can earn much  money now, does that mean they can be leaders?

That depends on whether  they have the qualities and abilities of being leaders. High salary doesn’t  mean they are calmed and rational. Doing much physical labour can also gain  much money.
