Well, speaking of a kind of western food, I’d like to talk about pizza, which is a very popular and typical kind of western food.
Among the very few meals I have ever cooked before, what impressed me most was the pizza I made for my parents on their wedding anniversary last year.
On that day, I decided to do something special to celebrate my parent’s special day. You know, a big day surly deserved the big celebration. I came up with a fantastic idea. I planned to make a pizza for them. First, I used yeast, warm water, sugar, salt, olive oil and mixed them well in a bowl, used the heel of my hand to knead the dough for roughly 3-4 minutes on the chopping board, and left the dough for 2 hours and rolled it with more flour. When it was all ready, I sprinkled some vegetables such like tomatoes, mushrooms, green papers, cheese over the top and cooked it in the oven for about 20 minutes. When I was done, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked so appetizing. And my parents came back home from work and saw the pizza made by me, they were really deeply moved by what in front of them. And we had the most incredible dinner that night. Thank god, no one got food poisoning or had diarrhea that night!
I love pizza not only because of the taste itself, but also because of the surprise I gave my parents by making it.

1． Which kind of work do you prefer, outdoor work or indoor work?
Personally, it is a hard choice. I really can’t choose one over another. By working outdoors, I can breathe in the fresh air for at least 8 hours a day and soak up the sunshine, while indoor work has its own edge as well, you can sit all day long in the cozy office with an air conditioner no matter it is scorching hot or freezing cold outside. They both have their irreplaceable strong points. I think this is why people always saying that everything exists for a reason.
2． Which kind of work do you prefer, individual work or teamwork?
Well, it is not an easy question for me, by individual work, I can learn to think independently, initiatively and creatively. And when I get something done, especially some tough jobs done all by myself, I can get a great sense of satisfaction and achievement. It is a perfect way to show my own value; while teamwork has its own strong points as well. More colleagues, more ideas, less time and less energy. And the icing on the cake is that I can learn to negotiate, compromise and collaborate with others, which is the spirit of teamwork.
