1.  开头段：

Perhaps no issue has led to such a debate as to whether it is preferable and feasible to inspire the youth to embark on some crucial jobs in the governments.（引出背景），转述双方观点，一些人认为年轻人应该在政府身兼要职，while其他人认为这样做是不明智的。Before voicing my opinion, this essay aims to investigate the debatable issue from both sides.

2.  赞同身兼要职：

Many people, who hold that younger people should be encouraged to take on crucial posts in governments, have their sound reasons. Initially, 年轻人思维活跃，有创造力，有活力，善于不断进取，勇于创新。Furthermore, 年轻人熟悉现代科技，有利于帮助国家强盛、繁荣。Eventually, 为了国家能够强大，应该鼓励年轻人参与到政府的工作中，给他们提供机会成长，并学会担当。

3.  不赞同：

Others, however, hold the different attitude, arguing that important government works cannot be undertaken by younger people. In the first place, 年轻人没有经验，不够成熟，commit blunders ranging from making wrong decisions to failing to fulfill their duties properly. In addition, 有经验的年老官员在某些工作中会更有优势，更加有魄力，例如政策制定，经济繁荣，危机处理等。

4.  总结段：双方观点都有道理，但是提出自己的建议，使得文章更具深度。

In conclusion, both sides make sense to some extent, however, as for me, it is not impractical to encourage younger people to embark on some crucial governments works, because they own infinite potentials and will benefit the nation in the long run. 我的建议是年轻人在年老有经验的官员指导以及帮助下可以身兼要职。
