解析：

继9月7日流程图之后，流程图再次来袭，频率颇高。

本次流程图难度不大，整个过程以箭头的形式，标注的还是很清楚的，而且整个过程中没有难词生词，有利于各位烤鸭的表达。

但要注意，过程中并不是一个单向流程，要注意流程的多个逻辑顺序。

Economic progress is one way to measure acountry's success. Other people think other factors are also important. Whatare the other factors? Which factor is the most important one?

解析：

2008年10月25日老题重现。

以report形式问衡量国家成功的因素，构思不难，除了题中提到的经济，还有社会稳定、文化繁荣、环境良好、教育普及、科技发展、国际关系和谐等诸多方面，其中选择最重要的因素，言之有理即可，难度不大。
